It took us 2 years to get Spicy Girl. Next week we celebrate her 3rd Gotcha Day. Now that we're in the process for Mei Mei, it looks like it will be more than 2 years. I know what it is to wait. Then once you get them, the time goes too quickly.
I hope you get your referral soon. I really, really do. I'll keep your family in my prayers.
